Classes

I am available to teach group and individual classes via a classroom setting or online. I am willing and able to design a program just for you!

• September 16th, 2009 (8-9) Guest speaker for Laughing Sky Books Writing workshop.  Q & A discussion regarding, primarily, submitting your work to publications and becoming organized as a writer.
• August 15th, 2009 (1:30-3:30) NETWORKING, FTW! This course was held at the offices of Main Street Rag off of 485 exit 43. Summary: Do you want to know more about using the internet to aid you in your writing and in publication? Do you have questions such as: What is Twitter? Do I need a website? These are just a few of the questions that we will answer during our two hours together. Was a terrific course that I’d love to teach again.  Would also love to present a Level 2 course.
• JUMPSTART YOUR SUMMER! – GET WRITING was held 6-16-09 at Joseph Beth Booksellers from 7-8pm. Would love to hold this course again!
• IS IT OVER? FINDING POETIC CLOSURE a course that focused on the idea of closing out a piece of writing and with material that could be applied to all genres, not just poetry. Taught in January 2009. Available to be taught again.
