So I have been wanting to start a blog for a while, but excuses always abound. Here it is though. My first attempt at a blog. I guess I should have the old school web page UNDER CONSTRUCTION and the little stick figure guy on a yellow background hard at his labors. But, that would be like my very first string of webpages from about 10 years ago.
What I hope to do with this page is post my thoughts about writing, poetry and my general world as I move, hopefully, out of the world of Insurance in which I currently work into a career in Academia.
